Many people don't know how to visualize. They are not sure if they are doing it correctly and when they finally get settled to visualize they are not able to maintain focus that is needed to increase connected with their desires. Visualization like everything requires practice. Some people are born with the skill to visualize clear lush dreams while others are just unaware of anything but darkness when they close their eyes. You can learn to increase your visualization by applying the following steps.

Sense it
If you cannot see images in your mind's eye learn to sense it. Allow yourself to feel the feeling of what it feels like. Remind yourself of what it would feel like if you had that particular thing you want. Then to the best of your ability sense the feeling of having it. Recall the scene of touch, taste and that inner good feeling that comes with having what you want. You will find that in time you become lost in the sense that you may have quick flashed of the image.

Describe it
When you allow yourself to mentally describe what you want to visualize you may find that this makes you feel more connected to the thing. That feeling of connecting is the beginning steps of aligning your energy with your desire so that is a good thing. Hold on to that feeling and allow it to grow by describing all the details to yourself. The longer you remain in that dream the stronger it becomes.

Practice and More Practice
Take a few breaks throughout the day to visualize. Within a few day you will notice that you will have a break though. That break though will bring an opening of your inner senses slowly but surely.
